Puppy Pick Up
FINAL PAYMENT for your White Sand Golden Retriever puppy is due at 6 weeks of age. Half of the balance is due at 4 weeks of age. If you are mailing a check, we must receive it 10 days prior to pick up. You may pay by Zelle or final payment may be cash at the date of pickup.
Puppy Pick Up begins when the puppies are 7 weeks and 2 days and continues for 5 days until the puppies are 8 weeks of age. If your puppy is being shipped, then your puppy must remain with us until 8 weeks of age.
If you are picking up your puppy from our home, we will be available every day during this 5 day window and you must make an appointment for pickup. Your puppy must be picked up by 8 weeks unless other arrangements have been agreed upon or we will charge $30.00 dollars a day until your puppy is picked up. If your puppy is being shipped, we will discuss shipment when the puppy is 7 weeks of age.
Cost for shipping a puppy is $475.00 which includes the crate, health certificate, flight and transportation to the airport.
What do you need to know at pickup?
Puppy has been wormed at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and at pickup.
Puppy has received it's first puppy shot at 7 weeks of age. Puppy will need three more shots at 10 weeks, 13 weeks and 16 weeks of age. It is very important to finish all shots before exposing your puppy to other puppies. We will provide you with a shot record to show your vet which contains the lot number of the vaccine. Parvo is highly contagious so please follow through with all puppy shots.

Our White Sand Golden Retriever puppies are eating Victor Classic Professional. To find a retailer near you visit the Victor website. Either click the photo of the dog food or visit the link above.
We still believe that a raw diet is the best diet. We have researched many dogs foods over the past 15 years, and we are pleased with the Victor so far. Golden Retrievers are known for loose stools at times and we have found this dog food seems to help with this issue. You are welcome to switch to another puppy food slowly once you get your puppy home. We do require that you use a premium puppy food and not a brand that can be purchased at Walmart or a grocery store. We also like the Purina Pro Plan Sport All Stages dog food.
